Great News! The lawsuit about the Automated Water Meters has been filed!

Now we can go back to black print and talk about the lawsuit.

It was filed in Craig County District Court, February 14, 2012. The city of Vinita and Vinita Utilities Authority is the plaintiff. The defendants are as follows:

City of Miami, Ok

City of Pawnee, Ok

Charlie Enyart as trustee of CCA

It's so exciting to see a part of justice begin after such a long time. This all began in 2006. It is 6 years later, but let's hope lady justice sees the need to make things right.

I can't put the complete lawsuit on here, but I can tell you that it is 15 pages long and there are eleven claims to the court for relief. All of these claims are backed by statute, and the constitution of Oklahoma.

It makes a very interesting read and if you want to read it, just go to the city clerk's office of Vinita, OK and request a copy of the lawsuit. It's a matter of public record.

Now folks, we've waited this long, let's sit back and see what happens next. I'm on the front car of the roller coaster, ready to fly downhill in anticipation of  the unveiling of truth and facts.
